Information submitted to Under Consequence
Privacy, stated plainly.
This notice covers information submitted through the Under Consequence initial review and privacy request forms. Sasa Spasic, operating Under Consequence, is responsible for the handling described here and can be contacted through the dedicated privacy request form. Submitting the initial review form requests an initial review. It does not begin a Decision Audit or other engagement.
01
What is collected
The initial review form collects your name, email, organisation, description of the situation, role in the decision and what is materially at stake. The privacy request form collects your name, email, request type and the details you provide. Basic technical logs may also be processed by the hosting and delivery infrastructure to keep the forms operating and prevent abuse.
02
Why it is used
Initial review information is used to assess the enquiry, determine whether a first conversation is the right next step and reply to you. Privacy request information is used to receive, verify and respond to that request. Neither is used for newsletters, advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
03
Who processes it
Access is limited to Under Consequence and the hosting or delivery providers configured to operate the website and transmit submissions. They process the information only to provide that infrastructure and support responses to those submissions.
04
How long it is kept
Information submitted through either form is kept only as long as needed to handle the submission, manage any resulting correspondence and meet applicable legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed for those purposes is deleted.
05
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion by replying to any Under Consequence correspondence you receive or by using the dedicated privacy request form.
